Dear Shanga,

This week I realised what a lucky person I am, how absolute blessed I am to have encountered this group of people, this group of spiritual warriors.

Who are using there energy against all the odds to create love and kindness and understanding and non violence communication.

I also realised how easy it is to sit with these friends in silence and to forget that this group of people have found a tool to transform and create.

But I am sure that when each and every one of us is out there in the outside world, confronted with all its nastiness, we can realize that most of the people we encounter did not got in contact with this tool of transformation.

And I am also sure that every one of these people would jump in joy if they would have been taught this miracle.

What a wonderful people we are and what a source of love and energy we are as a group of people .
Keep on doing the good work, smile and love and have a moan once in a while and then we will get there in the end.
With or without the open centre. (preferably with).
